Cardiology Research Institute, Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ‘Tomsk National Research Medical Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences’ (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) has been created in accordance with the Articles of Agreement of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ‘Tomsk National Research Medical Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences’ (hereinafter referred to as the Center) validated by the order No. 310 of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations of the Russian Federation from June 20, 2016 at the premises of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ‘Research Institute for Cardiology’. The Institute is a structural subdivision of the Center. The Institute has been created for duration of the Center.
The Institute is not a legal entity and acts on behalf of the Center in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Article of Agreement of the Center with reference to the Statutes of Cardiology Research Institute, Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ‘Tomsk National Research Medical Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences’.
