Research unites of Cardiology Research Institute, Tomsk NRMC are grouped into four large divisions represented by 14 departments:

Division of Clinical Cardiology:

Division of Radiology:

• Department of Radiology and Tomography
• Department of Nuclear Medicine

Community of scientific units comprises 102 research scientists including two full members of the Russian Academy of Sciences (R. S. Karpov and S.V. Popov), five honored worker of science of the Russian Federation, 42 doctors of medical sciences and 44 candidates of medical sciences.

40% of research scientists are under 40 years of age.
