Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care

The department represents a clinical base for the scientific subdivision of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery.

The department has 18 intensive care beds.

Employees of the department comprise 16 physicians, 8 nurse anesthetists, 27 charge nurses, 1 primary health worker, 7 laboratory assistants, 17 member of the junior medical personnel, and 1 linen-keeper.

Main areas of the clinical activities of the department:

Delivery of elective intensive care for patients after cardiac surgeries, emergency intensive care for patients in critical states, elective anesthesiology for cardiac surgeries.
