The department represents a clinical base for scientific subdivision of the Department of Hypertension.

Number of beds — 30, bed profile — cardiological. Employees of the department comprise three physicians, eight medical nurses, and other medical staff.

Main areas of clinical activities of the department are as follows:

Performing the complex of state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment methods for patients with coronary artery disease, hypertension, and heart rhythm abnormalities using cutting edge medical technologies including endovascular intervetions and radiofrequency denervation of renal arteries.
