Organoprotection with nitric oxide in cardiovascular surgery: technological support (hardware synthesis complexes and delivery devices), mechanisms for implementing the protective effect and impact on clinical outcomes.
Based on the study of the mechanisms for implementing the protective effects of nitric oxide in an experimental model, taking into account the preoperative and intraoperative assessment of a number of significant markers of the effect and prognosis, to develop new and improve existing clinical technologies for perioperative delivery of nitric oxide with the validation of the technology for synthesizing nitric oxide in a gas discharge from air for adjuvant organoprotection in cardiac surgery patients, allowing to increase the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of perioperative complications.
